This model is destined to be one of the more numerous 8750 variants. The photograph shows the old Mainline body with the cab cut away ready to receive the replacement, from the Alan Gibson castings. The body has also been shorn of some of its fittings, such as the tank filler caps that will also be replaced.

The chassis kit thoughtfully comes complete with a section of nickel silver which, when rolled to the appropriate radius, neatly completes the underside of the boiler.
