With the chassis substantially complete, attention has turned to the body. The chimney, dome, safety valve bonnet and smokebox door have all been removed ready for replacement items. The cut-out under the boiler, required to house the original Airfix motor, has now been filled in - you can see the lighter green of the Milliput used to finish off the job.
