This shot shows the frames with the brakes installed; the hanger wires have been left deliberately over length to facilitate easier removal and replacement when I come to paint the model. Also visible is one of the compensasting beams; these are placed just inside the frames to allow the gearbox to fit between them and act on the rear driver and the rear axle.
