The old Airfix GWR 0-4-2T was a pretty fair model by contemporary standards - apart from the chimney and smokebox door - although the mechanism was of dubious reliability. My original OO replacement was from the Perseverence kit which is pretty good, but this one is in a different league. The photograph shows some of the fine details incorporated in the model.
