The counter has the traditional salt and vinegar shakers, as well as an urn to dispense that other English favourite - tea! Although not visible in the picture, the interior of the model is fully fitted out with the deep fat fryers, and a chimney and ventilator have been fitted to the roof. The clerestory roof would have been added to give extra headroom.
