This shot of the Mighty Antar tractor unit shows its massive proportions. I think that the majority were built for the military, but certainly some found their way into civilian life, as depicted by this model. Anyone in a car involved in a head on collision would be unlikely to survive that front end design - I wonder what the Health & Safety people would make of that today.
